Here is the Recipe:
2 Tilapia fillets
2 Pieces Weight Watchers flavored cheeses (Or Laughing Cow)
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Spray
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray baking sheet with Cooking Spray
- Season both sides of tilapia with salt and pepper
- Spread cheese over each piece. NOTE: You may need to soften in the microwave
- Dip tilapia into bread crumb mixture
- Cook in oven for 15 minutes
Each person gets 1 fillet.
